FAQs
Do I need Reformer Pilates experience?
No. If you’re new to reformer Pilates, you’ll begin with our Foundations classes. These are designed to help you build confidence, learn the reformer and establish strong movement patterns before progressing.
For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to meet your instructor, discuss any injuries or concerns, and get familiar with the reformer before class begins.
Which class should I book?
If you’re new to Durna, start with Foundations. Once you’ve completed five Foundations classes, you’ll be able to progress to Flow.
Restore offers a slower, more restorative style of movement and is suitable for those looking to focus on mobility, flexibility and recovery.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Grip socks are required for all classes.
We recommend bringing a water bottle to hydrate throughout class.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class to give yourself time to get settled and ready to begin.
For the safety and comfort of everyone in the studio, the doors are locked five minutes before the class start time and late entry cannot be accommodated.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant or have an injury?
Yes, in many cases you can. Please let your instructor know about any pregnancy, injury, medical condition or relevant change before your class so that we can make appropriate adjustments where possible.
You’ll also be asked to complete our health and participation waiver before taking part. Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending.
Is there parking nearby?
